Organic and fresh milled  buckwheat is the base of this loaf. Also, whole grain fresh milled Red Fife wheat and cranberries. It's a tender crumb with good body, so it's still holds up well with dinner. The flavour is delicate and the cranberries are a nice flavour accent. 500g.
